He is survived by: his wife Shawn Green; his daughters, Diane Green (Danny Harris) of Princeton, WV, Theresa Frye (Max) of Bramwell, WV and Cindy Woods (Thomas) of Switchback, WV.; his siblings, Stacey Green (Tina), Louie Green (Sandra), David Green, Phyllis Myers (Chuck), Junetta Mitchem (Johnny), Joanne Riggs (GT), Patty Kihlmire and Delores Green; and his sister-in-law Joan Green.
