She was predeceased by: her parents, William Howard and Margie Collins Howard; her sons, Steve and Dennis Bell; and her sister Deborah Howard.
She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Bell; her children, Tommy William Bell of Nemours, WV, Terry Sink of Coopers and Shelia Summers of Coopers; and her siblings, Donald B. Howard (Juanita) of Abbs Valley, VA, Billy Howard of Bluefield, VA, Jim Howard (Mary) of Abbs Valley, VA and Wanda Epperson. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
