She was predeceased by: her father Emmitt; her husband Joe Richard Mills, Sr.; and her children, Deborah Blackwell and Joe R. Mills, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Roger Lee Mills (Linda) of Burnville, PA. and Tina M. Terry (Michael) of Bramwell, WV.; and her sister Jane Needles of Indiana.
