He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl H. Duvall, Sr. and Pearl Mae Anders Duvall; his son Howard Earl Duvall, Jr.; and his sisters, Sandy Marcum and Linda Duvall.
He is survived by: his daughter Beverly Harris of Bethel Springs, TN; and his siblings, Donald, James Duvall of Bramwell, Peggy Fitzko, Patty Hollenman of Bramwell, Barbara Meade, Elizabeth Jessee of Princeton, WV and Martha Clark of Bland, VA. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
