She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Goff and Emily Vida Belcher Cook; her husband Robert Cook; and her siblings, Joseph Goff Cook, Jr., Noel V. Cook, Algie B. Cook, Roscoe Cook, Naomi Wiles, Ruth McKinney, Garnett Hatfield, Audie Bottomlee, Gladys Cook and Myrtle Cline.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Kowaleski (Joe) of Bramwell, WV and Yvonne Cook (Patrick) of Bluffton, SC.; her grandchildren, Joseph Kowaleski (Rachel) of Knoxville, TN and Jill O'Donnell (Jeremy) of Aiken, SC; and her great grandchildren, Ava, Gavin, Cruz and Jax. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends.
The family asks that masks be worn and social distancing be practiced.
