She is survived by: her children, Jonathan Collins (Brittany) of North Carolina and Kaitlin Mullins of Bradshaw, WV; and her grandsons, Conor, Declan Collins of North Carolina, Koen Justus of Maryland, Easton and Sage Bales of Three Forks, WV..
