She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Boothe and Merida Combs Boothe; her stepfather Phil Blankenship; her brother Allen Boothe; and her cousin Barbara Mullins.
She is survived by: her sons, Robbie Collins (Samantha) of Belfast and Zachary Boothe (Brette Blankenship) of Princeton; her sisters, Angeline Smith of Snow Camp, NC and Selena Blankenship of Bradshaw; her nieces and nephews, Scottie Smith (Danielle) of Snow Camp, Jason Smith (Kelli) of Paynesville, Shay Stacy (Matthew Justice) and Ashley Bowman (Noah Brown); her grandchildren, Dustin Boothe, Jayden Smith, Jacob Smith, Kaylen Smith and Emma Smith; her close friends, Ileen, Timmy Mullins, Tamar, Josh Mullett, Jennifer and Chris Kennedy; and also Veronica Bowman (Todd) of Bradshaw.
