She is survived by: her husband Brady Mullins of Bradshaw, WV; her children, Justin Mullins (Jennifer) of Tazewell, VA and Leita Neal (Shane) of Gastonia, NC; her siblings, Kathy Lowe (Doug) of Atwell, WV, Marilyn Stacy (Jerry) of Jolo, WV, Karen Daugherty (Jerry) of Iaeger, Sammy Payne (Jean) of Newhall, WV and Bill Payne (Gail); and her close friend Gloria Mullins. She is also survived by 9 Grandchildren, 12 Great-Grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
