He is survived by: his stepson Ben Thornton; his siblings, Ronald Butler (Stephanie) of Narrows, VA, Donna Moulder (Michael) of Princeton, WV and Michelle Via (Ricky) of Bozoo, WV; his partner's children, Mallie and Max; his nieces and nephews, Jennifer Moore (Jay) of Princeton, WV, Amber Mooney (Joe) of Princeton, WV, Kayla Via of Bozoo, WV, Jonathan Butler (Katasha Davis), Joshua Butler (Taylor) of Narrows, VA and Joseph Butler (Tylish) of Fredericksburg, VA; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jessie Bowling, Maggie Mooney, Gracelyn Butler, Lainey Stables, Ella Mae Butler, Jimmy Bowling, Trypp Mooney and Braxton Butler; his close friends, Jimmy Canterbury, Dave Thornton, Dale, Tammy, Brandon Dowdy, Angie and Trevin Thornton; and also, Anthony and Diane Jenkins.
