He is survived by: his wife Linda Preston Wagner; his daughter Kimberly Newbell (Doug) of Boomer; his sisters, Frances Dotson (Mike) and Sue Mack (Malcolm) of Nazareth, PA; his sisters-in-law, Drema Wagner, Brenda Wagner and Debbie Wagner; his brothers, Kenneth Wagner of Ind, Mike Wagner (Tawee) of Calif and Bob Wagner (Katherine) of Jodie; his nephew Todd Wagner of Montgomery; his niece Angie Wagner of Charleston; his grandchildren, Amanda Howell (Josh) of Charlton Heights and Jason King (Jessica) of Nitro; and his great grandchildren, Jill King of Teays Valley and Bella Howell (Isaiah) of Charlton Heights.
