It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Carmon Bailey of Bolt, West Virginia, who passed away on January 9, 2025, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Larry may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Larry touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Carmon Bailey and Betty Jane Alderman; his nephew William Austin Bailey Jr.; and his great-nephew Mark Austin Daniel. He is survived by: his brother William Austin Bailey (Nancy); his niece Melissa Kay Ryan (Lisa); his great-nieces, Tori Snuffer (Jordan), Susan, Emma and Ellie; his great-nephew William Austin III; and also Adalynn Baileigh Snuffer. He is also survived by cousins and close friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Melton Mortuary Chapel (1200 Harper Rd, Beckley, WV 25801). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the TBD Melton Mortuary Chapel (1200 Harper Rd, Beckley, WV 25801).
