He is survived by: his children, Lisa Russelburg (Mike) of Sturgis Ky, Kevin Powell (Darlene) of Sturgis and Darin Powell (Holly) of Morganfield Ky; his siblings, Charlotte (David), Kenneth Powell (Joyce) of Glen Daniel, WV and Orville Powell (Beth) of Springville Va; and his extended family David. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, friends.
