She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Porter, Sr. and Martha Smoot Porter; her children, Kathy Ann Belcher, Ricky Aaron Fernandez and Danny Ray Fernandez; her siblings, Deloris Adkins, Helen Duiliss, Betty Vincent, Hazel Bryant, Beatrice Doty, Richard Porter and Ralph Porter, Jr.; and her granddaughter Penny Marie Fernandez.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carolyn Watson (James "Ed") of St. Albans and Julia Blevins (Bobby); her grandchildren, Bobby Gene Blevins, Jr. (Samantha) of Bolt and Barbara Jean; her son Randall "Randy" Fernandez (Dana) of Accoville; her siblings, Wanda Porter of Cleveland, OH, Judy Porter of Forest, VA and Virgil Porter (Martha) of North Royalton, OH; and her grandchildren, Barbara Jean "Barbie" of Branchland, James Meadows of Branchland, Ronald of Branchland, Donna Jeffers of Branchland, Jennifer, Mandy Jones of Logan, Christine, Brent Jacquot of Risingsun, OH, Vickie, Gary Jude of Delbarton, Ann Fernandez of Bruno, Kimberly, George Ellis of Bruno, Jared "Pete" Morris of Accoville, Michael Adkins, Doris, Rick Allen of Amherstdale, Lori Belcher of Logan, Tommy and Shelly Belcher of Hensley Hgts. She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews along with a host of other relatives and friends.
