He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Ray Umberger Sr. and Lois Gail Barrett Umberger; his siblings, Connie Kelley, Julian Umberger Jr., Rick Umberger and Chris Umberger; and his granddaughter Chloe Rae Umberger.
He is survived by: his children, Jamie Umberger (Brittany) of Bluewell, WV, Ashley Umberger Bell of Bluefield, WV and Adam Lambert; his stepson Joshua Blevins; his grandchildren, Alex Houk, Ryan Houk, Izah Hitt, Tristan Bell, Grayson Bell, Aspyn Bell and Jameson Umberger; and his sister Ruth Black (David) of Rocky Gap.
