He is survived by: his wife Darlene Watkins; his children, Charles Robert Baillargeon of Nemours, WV and Stefany Puckett of Huntington, WV.; his grandson Nicolas Teddy Baillargeon; his siblings, Glenna Sizemore (Greg) of Bluefield, WV, Eddie Mullins (Lynn) of Worth, WV and Joe Watkins of Bluewell, WV.; and his niece Amy Dillon.
