She is survived by: her parent Harold Paul Goins, Sr. of Gary; her husband Marvin Kenneth Wingate of Bluefield, WV; her son Jason Wingate of Raleigh; her brother Harold Paul Goins, Jr.; her wife Dora of Thorpe, WV; and her sister Sherry Lynn Sanchez of Thornton, CO..
