He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Howard Perkins, Sr. and Mary Brady Perkins; and his sisters, Jaynette Gibson and Deana Ireson. He is survived by: his wife Betty M. Perkins; his sons, Timothy E. Perkins of Smithfield, VA and Keith Perkins (Audra) of Greenbrier, TN; his grandchildren, Brandon Perkins of Princeton, WV, Kaitlyn Holston of Christiansburg, VA and Linda Perkins of Greenbrier, TN; his great grandchildren, Brayden and Addison; his daughter Kimberly Worley (Darryl) of Savannah, TN; his granddaughter Savannah Worley; and his sister Judy Bailey (Gene) of Bluefield, VA..
