He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Skeens and Eula Jean Thomas Skeens; and his sister Shirley Hill Skeens. He is survived by: his sons, Patrick Skeens, Jason Sparks, Joe Skeens and Josh Skeens; his siblings, Vickie Garris, James Skeens, Billy Skeens, Daniel Skeens, Kenneth Skeens and Linda McKinney; and his nephew Michael Skeens. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
