He is survived by: his parent Pearl Helmandollar Miller; his wife Debbie Lewis Miller; his children, Doug Miller, Kim and Sabrina Ellis; his grandchildren, Ashton Nunn, Stephen Miller, Aaron Miller and Brandon Lively; and also Billy.
