She was predeceased by: her parent David Belcher; and her brothers, Ronald Belcher and Darrell Belcher. She is survived by: her parent Alice Conley Belcher; her husband Earl Roger Lacy, Sr.; her children, Dianna Harvey (Richard) of Bluewell and Tim Lacy (Kay) of Bluewell Roger; her grandchildren, Shannon Wilson, Jeanne Kotowski, Jessica Harvey, David Lacy, Kandice Lacy, Matthew Lacy, Travis Lacy and Hannah Lacy; and her siblings, Janet Tolbert of Charlotte, NC and Doug Belcher.
