With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Price Foster of Bluewell, West Virginia, born in Chattaroy, West Virginia, who passed away on February 9, 2023 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Egnew Foster and Fannie Jane Reed Foster; his wife Betty Blevins Foster; and his siblings, Mae (Biggs), Charles Jr. (Junior), Fred, Dick, Jim, Bill and Jack.
He is survived by: his children, Elaine Francisco and Jimmy Foster; his sons-in-law, David Francisco and Jay Knox; and his grandchildren, Chris Francisco and Kara Francisco.
