He was predeceased by: his parents, Giles Taylor and Lula Taylor; and his wife Sally Honaker Taylor. He is survived by: his children, William M. "Marty" Taylor (Debbie) of Inman, SC, Angel Elswick (Brian) and Rebecca Darlene Jackson (Jeff) of Bluefield, WV; his close friend Marge Wright of Bluefield, WV; and his sisters, Edith Cochran and Nora McKinney of Vine Grove, KY. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
