He was predeceased by: his parents, William Stewart Stamper, Sr. and Ellen Hummer Stamper; his siblings, Paul Stamper, Earl Stamper, Robbie Stamper and Judy Howington; and his sisters-in-law, Joyce Stamper and Sandy Stamper.
He is survived by: his wife Rosa Stamper; his daughter Elizabeth Williams (Kenneth); his siblings, Scott Stamper, Shay Stamper (Danaze Greer Stamper) and Debbie Middleton; and his granddaughter Reagan Williams. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
