He is survived by: his wife Deborah Green Carver; his children, Williams Carver, Jr. of Charleston and Christy Oliver (Mark) of Bluefield; his sisters, Frances Kade of Bluewell and Shelia Auton (Larry) of Duhring; and his grandchildren, Kelsey Lawson (Walker), Kevin Carver (Emily Dobson) and Brady Brown (Josie).
