She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Smith and Annie Smith; her husband Asie Hylton; her son Larry; her grandson Chris Burton; and her siblings, Dorothy Morrison, Jo Willis, Alma Blankenship, Bonnie Barber, Ramona Brady and Bill Price.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vicki Rankin (Don) and Sherry Burton (Tom); her sister Dina Jones; her grandchildren, Jennifer Stedem, Eric Rankin, Matt Burton and Jordon Burton; her great grandchildren, Taylor, Wesley Stedem, Samantha Rankin, Olivia, Malec, Lili, Tyce and Mila Burton; and her nephew Jack Willis.
