Vernie Stamper Jr. Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 15, 2023, at the age of 63, Vernie Stamper Jr. (Bluefield, West Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Vernie "V. M." McCoy Stamper, Sr.; his brothers, Mark Allen Stamper and Jeffrey Wayne Stamper; his parents-in-law, Ernest Szakacs, Sr. and Maria Vigh Szakacs; his close friend Eric Doby; and his mother Shirley Louise Stamper of Brushfork.

He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Angie; his wife Anna Marie "Re" Stamper; his children, Danielle Lea Heath (Angie) of Kokomo, Indiana and Corey Steven Stamper; his granddaughter Jovi Elainna McCoy Heath of Kokomo, Indiana; his siblings-in-law, Ernest Szakacs of Bluefield, Virginia and Beth Ann Stamper of Rutherfordton; his nieces, Jill Szakacs of Princeton, Daphne Spencer (Steve), Jennifer Hagerman (Ean) of Bluefield, Virginia and Kayla Stamper; his nephew Joshua Szakacs of Princeton; his great-niece Taylor Morgan Booher (Greg); and his pet Lucy Blu.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that a donation from the heart be made to the GoFundMe account that has been set up in Butch's honor.
