We are sad to announce that on January 20, 2022, at the age of 83, Velma Marie Harman (Bluefield, West Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ashby Harp and Hazel Harp; and her siblings, Colleen, Gerald and Shirley.

She is survived by: her husband Doug Harman; her sons, Jeff Harman (Marion Taylor Harman) of Salisbury, NC and Keith Harman of New York, NY; her grandchildren, Jeffery Harman, Jr., Kristen Harman and Megan Harman; and her sister Jean Rowe of Rowe, VA. She is also survived by her family and friends.
