She was predeceased by: her mother Rose Marie Bailey; and her brothers, Richard Bailey (Dickey) and Keith O'Brine Bailey. She is survived by: her children, Dr. William [Laura] Belcher and Lisa Bennett; her husband William Belcher (Smoky); her grandchildren, Kaitlin Belcher, Devin Sawyer, Trmaya Bennett, Isaac Belcher, Aerianah Bennett and Connor Belcher; and her siblings, Dean Bailey, Kay Hemmelgarn and Darrell [Debbie] Bailey.
