She is survived by: her husband Jesse Cook of Beckley, WV; her sons, Tyler Cook (Kristen Cook) of Morgantown, WV and Allen White (Rachel White); her siblings, Freddie Kennedy of Bluewell, WV and Reva Kelly (Thomas Kelly) of Green Valley, WV; her nieces and nephews, Candase Eaton (Donald Eaton) of Indianapolis, IN, Heather Kelly of Wytheville, VA and Alison Kelly of Princeton, WV; her sister Lynn Winkle (James Winkle); her children, Nicholas Winkle of Greenfield, IN and Ashley Price of Slocomb, AL; her brother William Kennedy of Bluefield, WV; and her daughters, Amber Alvarez of Lashmeet, WV and Mckenzie Helmondollar of Bluefield, WV.
