He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Clifton Coeburn Sr.; his grandparents, Bessie, Robert Coeburn, Harry and Lydia Garrison; his uncles, Darrin Coeburn and William B Garrison; and his aunt Marlene Moye (Elizabeth June Poore).
He is survived by: his mother Thelma Coeburn; his wife Eloise Coeburn; and his son Thomas Clifton Coeburn III.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home (3431 Coal Heritage Rd, Bluefield, WV 24701). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
