She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Penland and Fronia Kizer Penland; her siblings, Spivey, Clyde, Gene, Charm, Verle, Wilma and Furman; her nieces, Thelma and Anne; her son Ralph W. Brown, Jr. (Smokey); her son-in-law Larry Lowman; and her grandsons, Bradley Lowman and Jordan Rose.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Karen Brown; her daughters, Iris Lowman and Theresa Baria; her son-in-law Quent Baria; her grandchildren, Rod (Cyndi), Brian (Michele), Doug (Tracie), Angel (Mike), Jackson and Emily; her granddaughters-in-law, Brandi and Kristen; her great grandchildren, Lauren, Will, Caroline, Ashley, Colton, Emersyn, Taylor (Daron), Kaylyn (D. J.), Dillon (Daphney) and Hunter (Morgan); and her great great grandchildren, Cayden, Daken, Oaklyn, Eli, Shalen, Phoenix, Saige and Jordan Carter.
