He is survived by: his wife Sara Pugh Jarrells; his daughters, Lori Jarrells of Fredericksburg, VA and Hollynn Jarrells Burkett (Randy) of Fredericksburg, VA; and his granddaughters, Lilliana Shepherd and Kayla Dolly.
