She was predeceased by: her parents, Basil Rotenberry and Virgie Rotenberry of Burke Mountain, WV; and her siblings, Mack, Jimmy, Joe Rotenberry and Ethel Formica.
She is survived by: her husband George; her children, Tim Oster (Cindy) of Fort Worth, TX, Ricky Oster (Michelle) of Knoxville, TN, Cheryl Belcher (Michael) of Rolesville, NC and Jeff Oster (Donna) of Bluefield, VA; her siblings, Bobby Rotenberry of Cleveland, OH, Raymond Rotenberry of Burke Mountain, WV, Doris Powlak of Delray Beach, FL and Judy Lambert of Bluefield, WV.; and her grandsons, Daniel Oster, Derrick Oster, Christian Oster, Jonathan Oster and Stephen Belcher. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
