She was predeceased by: her parent Velmer Atwell; her husband John Robert "Bob" Ratcliffe, Sr.; her brother Ed Atwell; and her sister-in-law Donna Jean Coleman. She is survived by: her parent Billie Jean Cline Atwell; her children, Robyn S. Nelsen of Seabrook, TX and John Robert Ratcliffe, Jr. (Trina Van Keurea) of Bluefield, WV; her brothers, Andy Atwell (Terri) of Montoursville, PA and Mark Atwell (DeAnn) of Chesterfield, VA; her sister-in-law Barbara Atwell; her pet Pea; and also Charlotte Parker.
