He is survived by: his wife Valerie Lenore Arvin (Stacy) of Bluefield, WV; his daughter Shelby Ball of Bluefield, WV; his grandchildren, Aaliyah Ball and Adrianna Ball; his stepdaughter Kimberly Arvin (Mason Bland) of Winchester, KY; his sister Cindy Cantrell (Ronnie) of Heathsville, VA; his nephew Trevor Cantrell; and his close friend Tiny.
