He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve J. Misak I and Irma Misak (Kapi); and his sisters, Irene Danek and Sarah Dutchyshen. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Misak; his daughter Stephanie Misak; his former wife Mary Misak of Bluefield, WV; his children, Ramona Hall (Jerry) of Charlotte, NC, Eric Misak (Kimberly) of Raleigh, NC and Darrell Misak (Karen) of Pittsburgh, PA; his brothers, Lesley Misak of Calgary and Alex Misak of Lethbridge; and also Byron Misak of Tazewell, VA. He is also survived by 3 grandsons, 5 granddaughters, and several nieces, and nephews.
