It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sherman Shrader of Bluefield, West Virginia, who passed away on February 14, 2025, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bird and Opal Faye Holsclaw Shrader; his brother Jerry Alan Shrader, Sr.; his stepson William Michael Sampson; and his son John Michael Sampson.
He is survived by: his wife Tammi Barnett Shrader of Bluefield, WV; his daughter Jessica Marie Dick of Bluefield, WV; his brother Samuel Harry Shrader (Sally) of Falls Mills, VA; his stepchildren, Allan Sampson (Rebecca "Becky") of Martinsville, VA and Kimberly Christian of Falls Mills, VA; and his godson Isaiah Christian Shrader. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren; 1 great-granddaughter; several nieces and nephews.
