He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Henry Bailey and Beulah Mae Yopp Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Marian Bailey; his sons, Roy Wayne and Donald Bailey of Bluefield, WV; his sister Joyce Prevento (Roger) of Bluefield, WV; his grandchildren, Amanda, Brandon Bailey of Bluefield, WV, Bradley Bailey (Elissa) of Murphy, NC, Bianca Newman (Dustin) and Amber Wimmer of Myakka City, FL; and his great grandchild Avery Bailey of Murphy, NC. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
