It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronda Arlene Bagar of Bluefield, West Virginia, born in Dubuque, Iowa, who passed away on November 10, 2022, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Dorothy Vera Philips; and her sister Ruth Wagoner. She is survived by: her husband John Bagar Jr.; her brother-in-law Thomas Bagar; her daughter Brandy Bagar-Fraley; her son-in-law Jason Fraley; and her siblings, Roger Revenig, Rita Jefferson and Ralph Revenig (Cathy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
