He was predeceased by: his father Donald Wilbur Riggs. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Fitzko of Bluefield; his son Michael Riggs; his brothers, Alvie Fitzko of Blueifeld and David Riggs of Bluefield; and his half-sister Melissa Fitzko Worley.
