He is survived by: his mother Charlotte Burbett Scherer (Mark) of Little Rock, AR; his wife Michelle Lynn Rowe Wellman of Bluefield; his children, Angel Nicole Wellman of Jolo, WV, Emily Star Wellman of Jolo, WV, Travis Lee Rowe of Welch, WV, Joseph Patrick Wellman of Bluefield, WV, Marc Anthony Wellman of Gary, WV and Jonathan Howard Wellman; and his sisters, Tonya Rowe, Teresa Rowe and Tina Rowe. He is also survived by five grandchildren; brother-in law.
