He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Ray McVey and Sylvia DeBusk McVey; and his brothers, Dailey and Kenneth McVey. He is survived by: his wife Louise Janutolo McVey of Bluefield, WV; and his daughter Tina McVey Carroll of Falls Mills, VA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
