He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Belcher and Naomi Belcher; his siblings, Ernie, Junior, Wayne, Bobby and Darlene Stanley; and his daughter Robin Gallinger.
He is survived by: his wife Joy Ann Faw Belcher; his sister Geraldine "Gerri" Owens; his children, Roger Jr. (Debbie) and Pam (Eddie); his son-in-law Mark; his grandchildren, Chad (Bekah), Brooke (Blake), Chelsea, Payten (Kodey), Emaleigh (Cody) and Seth; and his great grandchildren, Kaeson Lawson and Bodhi Buckner.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home (3431 Coal Heritage Rd, Bluefield, WV 24701). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
To honor his memory, in leu of flowers, the family asks that a donation is made to the St. Jude organization in Roger's name.
