He is survived by: his wife Judy Rotenberry Lambert; his children, Steven Lambert (Melissa) of Bluefield, Bruce Lambert of Bluefield, Lori Lambert Smith (Dennis) of Bluefield and Jason Lambert (Leslie) of Princeton; his siblings, Joe Lambert (Rosie) of Chilhowie, VA, Scott Lambert (Carol) of Athens, WV and Barbara Lambert Taylor of Muncie, Indiana; his grandchildren, Meagan Lambert, Corey Lambert, Tanleigh Smith, Tyler Lambert, Zachary Lambert, Trevor Smith, Lauren Lambert and Chloe Lambert; and his close friends, Harry Gregory and James Davidson.
