She is survived by: her parents, Roger Belcher and Joy Faw Belcher; her husband Mark Gallinger; her daughters, Chelsea Gallinger (Hunter Broyles) of Bluefield, VA and Emaleigh Goins (Cody) of Huntington, WV; her siblings, Roger Belcher (Debbie) of Myrtle Beach, SC and Pam Louthen (Eddie) of Princeton, WV; and her pets, Copper, Ruger, Bella and Marlo. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and countless friends.
