He is survived by: his wife Brenda Fleenor Neal; his siblings, Clifton Neal (Hank) of Bluefield, WV, Jerry Neal (Karan) of Hurricane, WV, Mike Neal (Marcie) of Oakridge, NC and Pam Sparks (Doug) of Abingdon, VA.; and his sister-in-law Tammy Fleenor of Bluefield, WV.
