With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Gibson (Bluefield, West Virginia), born in McComas, West Virginia, who passed away on June 1, 2018 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her brother Gary Gibson; and her stepmother Jaynette Perkins Gibson. She is survived by: her siblings, Lynn Gibson (Louise) of Florida and Michael Gibson (Kimberly) of Bluefield; her sister-in-law Kathy Gibson of Blacksburg; and her nieces and nephews, Mary Byrd (Jim) of Florida, Pam Byrd (David) of Florida, Jonathan Gibson (Erin) of Florida, Carrie Jo Gibson of Georgia, Debbie Porterfield of Blacksburg, Jeff Gibson (Jeanne) of Blacksburg, Jordan Gibson (Christina) of Bluefield and Samantha Gibson of Bluefield. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
