She was predeceased by: her parents, William Howard and Mildred Boley Pack; her husband Gildo Punturi; her siblings, Billy Pack, Janice Greenwood and Joyce Crabtree; and her grandson Ryan D. Punturi.
She is survived by: her children, Bobby Punturi (Linda) of Bluefield, WV, Roger Punturi (Terry) of Princeton, WV, Mary Punturi of Bluefield, WV and Connie McKinney (Wayne) of Bluefield, WV. She is also survived by one grandchild; 2 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren.
