He is survived by: his parents, Jim Mullins and Patty Mullins; his siblings, KeriBeth Schrage (Luke) of Bluefield and Philip Mullins (Julie) of Scott Depot; his grandmother Carol Mullins of Richlands; his significant other Panda; his cousins, Matt Cox, Jennifer Reid, Grant Blackburn, Steven Cox and Mike Cox; his great-uncle Slick Cook (Bonnie); and his friends, Tim Toler, Jon Worley, Richard Witherspoon, Kevin Taylor, Brian Taylor, Kevin Deal and Chip Deal.
