She was predeceased by: her parents, Adam Puckett and Ruby Saunders Puckett; and her daughters, Ruby Lewis and Hope Taylor. She is survived by: her daughter Denise Cregger; her grandsons, Michael Lewis, II and Dustin Church; and her pet Ranger of Bluefield.
